July 17-20: Guest host for a report by Iranican (California-based online youth Iranian / American organization) for the Tirgan Iranian Festival at Harbourfront in Toronto - the largest cultural festival outside of Iran.

Sept 2007 - Present: TheStoreFront Community: a studio, research lab and meeting place in a neighbourhood's business district. Our mission is to collect and analyze information, collaborate on the execution of ideas and connect people in the community through a better appreciation of art, culture and design.

April - June: Bloor Improvement Group (BIG) branding, promotions, maps (from scratch) for city permits, website for the inaugural BIG Festival on Bloor Street on June 21 from Christie to Lansdowne in Toronto.

April 28: internetoflife, at this point in time, is a participatory email-based research project conducted (unplanned) on March 29, 2008 in order to finish the first edition of internetoflife as a matrix of identity for April 28, 2008.

Winter 2008 OCAD Sketch - Think Tank is featured in this issue. Larissa Kostoff interviewed me in November. I'm quoted on page 12 and 17.

March 29 - April 13: Call for submissions to people I knew for my thesis internetoflife.com. Nearly 40 submissions for this round. Stay tuned to see how I execute the information.

March 21 - I wrote a poem to the Iranian diaspora for our new year.

March 19 - Finished writing an essay for Biological Princicples of Sustainability class called "Sustainability as Wisdom: Conceptualizing relations between levels of culture and levels of biodiversity". I also designed a graphic model to visualize this concept.

March 7- Met with Joe Pantalone at City Hall along with Keith Rushton and Bruce Hinds about TheStoreFront project. He's supportive and it was important to finally meet him and get his attention. Then met with Rafael Gomez and discussed partnerships with ThinkTankToronto and ThinkTankOCAD: project TheStoreFront.

March 6- I went to a charrette organized by archiTEXT, founded by the 23 year-old Zahra Ebrahim. The charrette was about sustainable architecture, bringing together bright minds in the city for engagement.

Feb 25 - Attended and spoke up about community activism at panel discussion on Manufacutring Neighbourhoods by Architecture for Humanity at the Gardiner Museum.
